Eligibility Criteria:

  • Class VI: Students who have passed Class V from a recognized school.
  • Class IX: Students who have passed Class VIII from a recognized school and are JNV students.
  • Class XI: Students who have passed Class X from a recognized school and have qualified the JNVST.

Age Limit:

  • Class VI: 10 to 11 years as on 1st May of the year of admission.
  • Class IX: 13 to 14 years as on 1st May of the year of admission.
  • Class XI: 14 to 15 years as on 1st May of the year of admission.

Documents Required:

  • Date of Birth Certificate
  • Caste Certificate (if applicable)
  • Recent Passport Size Photographs
  • School Leaving Certificate

Fee Structure:

  • JNVs are fully residential schools, and the government bears most of the expenses. Students are required to pay a nominal fee.
