Bakijai Clearance Certificate Documents Required

1. Passport Photo [Mandatory].
2. Scan copy of Court Fee Stamp [Mandatory].
3. Scan copy of upto date and payment receipt [Mandatory].
4. Affidavit [Mandatory].
5. Any other document(Voter List, Affidavit,etc) [Mandatory].
6. Upload Scanned Copy of the Application Form [Mandatory].

Stipulated Time Limit : 05 days. (If there is no complaint / objection).

1. The certificate will be delivered within 5 Days of application.

• 1. User/Statutory charges -Rs. 20
• ১. ব্যৱহাৰকাৰী/ স্থায়ী মাচুল – ২০ টকা
• 2. Service charge (incase of applying from PFC/CSC) -Rs. 30
• ২. সেৱা মাচুল (পি.এফ.চি./চি.এছ.চি.কেন্দ্ৰৰ পৰা আবেদন কৰাৰ ক্ষেত্ৰত) -৩০ টকা
• 3. Printing charge (in case of any printing from PFC/CSC) -Rs. 10 Per Page
• ৩. ছপা খৰচ (পি.এফ.চি./চি.এছ.চি.কেন্দ্ৰৰ পৰা কোনো ধৰণৰ প্ৰিন্টিঙৰ ক্ষেত্ৰত) -প্ৰতি পৃষ্ঠাত ১০ টকা
• 4. Scanning charge (in case documents are scanned in PFC/CSC) -Rs. 5 Per page
• ৪. স্কেনিং খৰচ (যদি নথিপত্ৰসমূহ পি.এফ.চি./চি.এছ.চি. কেন্দ্ৰত স্কেন কৰা হয়) -প্ৰতি পৃষ্ঠা ৫ টকা

Bakijai Clearance Certificate General Instruction/সাধাৰণ নিৰ্দেশাৱলী :

• 1. All the * marked fields are mandatory and need to be filled up.
• ১. * চিহ্ন দিয়া স্থানসমূহ বাধ্য়তামুলক আৰু স্থানসমূহ পুৰণ কৰিব লাগিব
• 2. The size of documents to be uploaded at the time of Application submission should not exceed 1 MB and format should be pdf. No other format will be accepted.
• ২. আপলোড কৰিব লগিয়া নথিসমুহৰ আকাৰ ১ mb তকৈ সৰু হ’ব লাগিব আৰু পদ্ধতি pdf formatৰ হোৱাতো অনিবাৰ্য।
• 3. Applicant’s photo should be in JPEG format. ৩. আবেদনকাৰীৰ ফটো jpeg formatত হ’ব লাগিব।

Online Apply Process

1. If the applicant is a first time user, he/she needs to click the Register Tab provided in top right corner in this page and then get registered with the necessary fields such as Full Name, Mobile No., Email id (which is not mandatory), State and Password.
2. Then the applicant needs to login with the credentials, by clicking the Login Tab.
3. After the applicant has logged on to the system, he/she needs to click the Apply Online tab and select the service they want to apply for and click the apply button after going through the Requirements tab.
4. Applicant has to fill up the form and upload the required supporting documents.
5. On final submission of the form, applicant has to pay the requisite amount.
6. Once the payment is successful it will be forwarded to the higher officials for further processes. An acknowledgement will be generated containing the application reference no., the same will be notified over SMS and Email id of the applicant.
7. An SMS and Email alert is sent to applicant on completion of the service. The applicant needs to respond to the SMS and Email regarding completion of the service.
8. After successful completion of the service within 5 working days, Issuance of Bakijai Clearance Certificate is generated. The applicant will be notified about this over SMS and Email and the applicant can download it from ARTPS portal.
