Documents required for Caste Certificate in Assam

1. Applicant’s Photo (আবেদনকাৰীৰ ফটো) [Mandatory].
2. Proof of Date of Birth(One of Birth Certificate/Aadhar Card/PAN/Admit Card issued by any recognized Board) of Applicant [Mandatory].
3. Proof of Residence(One of Permanent Resident Certificate/Aadhar Card/EPIC/Land Document/Electricity Bill,Ration Card) of Applicant or Parent [Mandatory].
4. Caste certificate of father [Mandatory].
5. Recommendation of authorized caste/tribe/community organization notified by State Government [Mandatory (incase father’s caste certificate not present)].
6. Any other document(Voter List,Affidavit,Existing Caste Certificate etc) [Optional].
7. Upload Scanned Copy of the Application Form [Mandatory (incase of applying from PFC/CSC)].

Stipulated time limit for delivery/ প্ৰাপ্তিৰ‌ নিৰ্দ্দিষ্ট সময়সীমা

1. The certificate will be delivered within 30 Days of application.
2. প্ৰমাণ পত্ৰ ৩০ দিনৰ ভিতৰত প্ৰদান কৰা হ’ব

Application Fees

• User charge / ব্যৱহাৰকাৰী মাচুল – Rs. 30 / ৩০ টকা
• Service charge (PFC/ CSC) / সেৱা মাচুল (পি. এফ. চি./ চি. এছ. চি.) – Rs. 30 / ৩০ টকা
• Printing charge (in case of any printing from PFC) / ছপা খৰচ (পি.এফ.চি. ৰ পৰা কোনো ধৰণৰ প্ৰিন্টিঙৰ ক্ষেত্ৰত) – Rs. 10 Per Page / প্ৰতি পৃষ্ঠাত ১০ টকা
• Scanning charge (in case documents are scanned in PFC) স্কেনিং খৰচ (যদি নথিপত্ৰসমূহ পি.এফ.চি. ত স্কেন কৰা হয়) – Rs. 5 Per page / প্ৰতি পৃষ্ঠা ৫ টকা

General Instruction for Caste Certificate সাধাৰণ নিৰ্দেশাৱলী :

• 1. All the * marked fields are mandatory and need to be filled up.
• ১. * চিহ্ন দিয়া স্থানসমু বাধ্য়তামুলক আৰু স্থানসমু পুৰণ কৰিব লাগিব
• 2. The size of documents to be uploaded at the time of Application submission should not exceed 1 MB and format should be pdf. No other format will be accepted.
• ২. আপলোড কৰিব লগিয়া নথিসমুহৰ আকাৰ ১ mb তকৈ সৰু হ’ব লাগিব আৰু পদ্ধতি pdf formatৰ হোৱাতো অনিবাৰ্য
• 3. Applicant photo should be in JPEG format.
• ৩. আবেদনকাৰীৰ ফটো jpeg formatত হ’ব লাগিব

Caste Certificate Online Application Process

1. If the applicant is a first time user, he/she needs to click the Register Tab provided in top right corner in this page and then get registered with the necessary fields such as Full Name, Mobile No., Email id (which is not mandatory), State and Password.
2. Then the applicant needs to login with the credentials, by clicking the Login Tab.
3. After the applicant has logged on to the system, he/she needs to click the Apply Online tab and select the service they want to apply for and click the apply button after going through the Requirements tab.
4. Applicant has to fill up the form and upload the required supporting documents.
5. After successful submission of the form, an acknowledgement will be generated containing the application reference no. .The application is then forwarded to higher officials for further processes. The same will be notified over SMS and Email id of the applicant.
6. An applicant can view and track the status of the application by clicking the Track button and entering the applicant’s application reference no.
7. After successful submission of documents, Issuance of Caste Certificate will be generated and the applicant can download it from the ARTPS portal. The same will be notified to the applicant over SMS and Email.
