Documents Required for Senior Citizen Certificate

  1. For Proof of Age (anyone of below is accepted as per the applicability): [Mandatory] – (i) Valid Passport, (ii) PAN Card, (iii) Pension Payment Order from the Competent authority, (iv) Marriage Certificate in case of change of name of women, (v) School Certificate, (vi) Bank passbook with photograph, (vii) In absence of above documents, the applicant will submit a certificate to be issued by Gaon Burha or Local Mauzadar
  2. Proof Of Retirement (anyone of below is accepted as per the applicability) [Mandatory] – (i) Proof Of Retirement(for Govt. Servants), (ii)Copy of 1966 Voter list (for other than – Govt. servant).
  3. For Proof of Residence (anyone of below is accepted as per the applicability [Mandatory] – (i) Ration Card, (ii) Valid Passport, (iii) Voter ID Card.
  4. Passport size photograph.
  5. Any other documents (New Voter List and NRC Draft Copy)

  1. The certificate will be delivered within 20 Days of application.

  • 1. Statutory charges -Nil
  • ১. স্থায়ী মাচুল -নাই
  • 2. Service charge -Rs. 30
  • ২. সেৱা মাচুল -৩০ টকা
  • 3. Printing charge (in case of any printing from PFC) -Rs. 10 Per Page
  • ৩. ছপা খৰচ -প্ৰতি পৃষ্ঠাত ১০ টকা
  • 4. Scanning charge (in case documents are scanned in PFC) -Rs. 5 Per page
  • ৪. স্কেনিং খৰচ -প্ৰতি পৃষ্ঠা ৫ টকা

Senior Citizen Certificate General Instruction/সাধাৰণ নিৰ্দেশাৱলী :

  • 1. All the * marked fields are mandatory and need to be filled up..
  • ১. * চিহ্ন দিয়া স্থানসমূহ বাধ্য়তামুলক আৰু স্থানসমূহ পুৰণ কৰিব লাগিব
  • 2. The size of documents to be uploaded at the time of Application submission should not exceed 1 MB and format should be pdf. No other format will be accepted.
  • ২. আপলোড কৰিব লগিয়া নথিসমুহৰ আকাৰ ১ mb তকৈ সৰু হ’ব লাগিব আৰু পদ্ধতি pdf formatৰ হোৱাতো অনিবাৰ্য।
  • 3. Applicant’s photo should be in JPEG format.
  • ৩. আবেদনকাৰীৰ ফটো jpeg formatত হ’ব লাগিব।

Senior Citizen Certificate Online Application Process

  1. If the applicant is a first time user, he/she needs to click the Register Tab provided in top right corner in this page and then get registered with the necessary fields such as Full Name, Mobile No., Email id (which is not mandatory), State and Password.
  2. Then the applicant needs to login with the credentials, by clicking the Login Tab.
  3. After the applicant has logged on to the system, he/she needs to click the Apply Online tab and select the service they want to apply for and click the apply button after going through the Requirements tab.
  4. Applicant has to fill up the form and upload the required supporting documents.
  5. After successful submission of the form, an acknowledgement will be generated containing the application reference no. .The application is then forwarded to higher officials for further processes. The same will be notified over SMS and Email id of the applicant.
  6. An applicant can view and track the status of the application by clicking the Track button and entering the applicant’s application reference no.
  7. In case, if there are any discrepancies or mismatch found in the online application, the applicant needs to makes the necessary corrections in the online application or has to apply through a fresh online application. The applicant will be notified about this over SMS and Email id by the concerned official.
  8. If the applicant applying for the certificate belongs to autonomous council the certificate is delivered within 20 days of form submission without any further process. The same will be notified over SMS and Email.
  9. If the applicant applying for the certificate belongs to normal places, further physical verification is done. If the physical verification is unsuccessful a query is sent to the applicant regarding any rectification that is required. The applicant will get notified about this over SMS and Email.
  10. If all the processes are correct than the applicant will receive an SMS and Email that the certificate is ready within 20 working days.
  11. Applicant needs to download the Senior Citizen Certificate from the ARTPS Portal .
